A suggestion/complaint box is located on our front reception desk.  All commesnt, complaint and feedback will be used to improve the quality of care and service provided by the practice; if you have a few moments to spare whilst waiting for your appointment, please complete one of these feedback forms and place in the box provided.  Alternatively, if you would like to discuss an issue in person, please feel free to ask to speak to the practice manager or one of the practice principals regarding your concerns.  If you are unhappy with the responde provided or feel uncomfortable about discussing issues with the practice directly, you should contact the :
